The gym

Blackthorn Mill kept its brick.
We added the iron.

Cotton left this building a century ago. What stayed: cold mornings, bare brick and room to move. We hung the bags from the original beams, built the ring where the looms stood, and racked enough steel to load every platform at once.

No mirror walls. No juice bar. Chalk, sweat, and coaches who know your name by round two.

Every class runs at every level — your first week and your fiftieth share the same floor. Coaches scale the work, not the standard.

Open gym floor runs 05:45–22:00 weekdays, 08:00–20:00 weekends — outside class hours, the whole floor is yours. Sparring is invitation-only via your coach.

Corner team

Four coaches. No shouting from the wall.

Everyone on this floor coaches hands-on — pads up, bar loaded, in your corner. Nobody phones it in from a clipboard.
